Job Description
- Legal work for corporate: legal and administrative concerns which includes incorporation and SEC related matters, business registration and processing of permits and licenses with MARINA and other relevant agencies;
- To coordinate with different departments of the company and accomplish the same upon consultation with the Legal Department Manager.
- To prepare/maintain monthly reports for Legal Department; to work with Documentation Assistant in maintaining, organizing, updating legal database
- To draft and prepare basic corporate documents/legal communications subject to review by the Legal Department Manager
- To summarize facts derived from admin hearings
- To assist Legal Department Manager in admin/quasi-judicial hearings
- To perform other related task that may be assigned from time-to-time
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Legal Management
