Quantity Surveyor  

Responsibilities:
As MEPF Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Coordinating and compiling documents for the pre-qualification of contractors and suppliers
• Preparing tender and contract documents including Bill of Quantities and progress billings
• Valuing completed works and arranging payments
• Quantifying and monitoring of materials and incoming deliveries
• Site supervision in all MEPF related work
• Knowledgeable about tendering / budgeting process
• Evaluation & assessment of monthly progress billings of contractor
• Ensure evaluation of variation orders
• Knowledge about VAF, closing of change orders within the budget

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience in estimation, bidding, and quantity surveying for MEPF works on at least a 30-storey building is required for this position.
• Knowledgeable in billing evaluation, processing, change management, and contract administration, quantity take-off
• Knowledgeable in materials procurement, both local and imported
• Required Skills: MS Office, MS Projects, and AutoCAD
• Good communication skills (oral and written)
• Can work on site from time to time and/or extended hours
