After Effects Designer | Operations Team  

As an Adobe After Effects Designer on our Operations Team, your primary responsibility is ensuring that AEP projects produced by independent designers around the world conform to specific guidelines, such as layer naming, composition size, and asset folder organization, all of which are explained in detail in our Shakr Ready guide: http://designers.shakr.com/shakr-ready/

On a typical day, you will modify 5 to 10 Adobe After Effects projects that are each about 5 to 20 seconds long.

You will further have the opportunity to produce aspect ratio, duration, and color variations of existing templates on Shakr.com, as well as produce original templates. Shakr templates are Adobe After Effects projects that can be edited right inside of the web browser. Businesses around the world, roughly half of whom are in the United States, use Shakr to produce effective video advertisements to run campaigns on Facebook. Shakr has the world’s largest collection of video ad templates.

Successful candidates will receive 1 week of paid training on-site at our office in Seoul, in the Gangnam district, during which time you’ll have the opportunity to work right alongside our staff designers, many of whom have done work for major global brands.

This is a remote position, so you will be able to work from home once you return to the Philippines. You will participate in weekly video conference meetings with our team in Seoul. Our team also communicates frequently via Slack.
