Design Project Manager  

• Manage design meetings and take brief from the client.
• Attend meetings with PPM/Onsite technical team to provide design support in taking brief on any creative/ adaptation work requirements.
• Provide precise briefing to minimize rework and work closely with internal designer/ artist to ensure delivery of design/ meeting client’s expectations and budget.
• Manage timelines.
• Address lead time concern with design team to meet client’s CPS.
• Book design jobs in system, prepare job brief, estimation and quotations, status reports, job closure, and invoice requirements.
• Support Regional/Account Manager or Directors for deliverables.
• Work with the Creative Team to adjust project goals and design revisions on the fly as necessary to adapt to changing situations to meet established schedules.
• Provide mid-level conceptualized design (for tier 2 work) to work with internal design team.
• Identify potential problems in the creative pipeline and working with the Creative Team to prevent them.
• Support the Creative Team to keep Studio Executive Staff, Studio Manager, and/or Account Staff up to speed on project status.

Supporting tasks

• Assist Design Pillar in managing design team/ resource planning needs.
• Assist in reviewing team’s strength to support the required business.
• Utilize experience to plan and implement effective creative processes and products.
• Understand, embrace, and communicate and contribute to our corporate culture.
• Compare analysis research and support ideas with references.
• Continually update their presentation and technical software skills.
• Support new business pitch or organic growth.

• 3-5 years plus experience in graphic design and project management.
• Experience working with international brands.
• Knowledgeable in Packaging, In-Store, Marketing, and Point of Sale.
• Business development an advantage but not essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Basic Photoshop and Illustrator skills or knowledge will be an advantage.
• Writing skills for Design Rationale will also be an advantage.
• Wide interest in the visual arts.
• Amenable to shifting schedule/night shifts.
