Job Description
- Build and motivate the marketing team;
- Create & execute marketing strategy to achieve target & goals set by management;
- Good customer relationships and search for new customer database;
- Make weekly sales report;
- Training and Coaching Team
- Propose marketing activities & budget;
- Mainly stationed at project site and ocassional visit to Headquarter
Minimum Qualifications
- Maximum age 40 years;
- Min. bachelor degree from reputable university with degree in Marketing or related;
- Min. 5 years experience in Property Industry in sales and promoting products including (but not limited to) housing, apartments, offices, shophouse, etc.
- Min. 7 - 9 yrs experience in Sales
- Posses ability to analyze market demands and have good relationship with modern and traditional market;
- Capable to make marketing concept and strategy in addition to effective promotion;
- Highly creative, flexible,adaptive to new situation, sales and marketing oriented person;
- Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently;
- Resourcefulness in solving problems;
- Having concern in details, persistent, honest and discipline;
- Outgoing personality with analytical mind;
- Good interpersonal,communication skills, negotiation and administration;
- Posses good networking and strong market sense;
- Ability to motivated sub-ordinates to perform and fulfill their potential;
- Strong work ethics;
