Job Description
- Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs
- Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships
- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape
- Develop standards and procedures to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
- Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity
- Work closely with marketing, business development and operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements
- Gauge progress of various projects / products
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Create reports to give updates on projects/ products
- Train new employees
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Passion in software engineering, application development, or systems development
- Excellent understanding of software engineering concepts, design patterns, and algorithms
- Excellent understanding of Deployment and Cloud Platform Architecture
- Great analytical and math skills
- Incredible problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate with many other teams
- Ability to create a set of qualifications for a new product
- Interpersonal skills to manage a team on engineers, passion in leading teams and growing people
- Ability to give constructive criticism
- Ability to make decisions quickly
