Data Encoder  

The Data Encoder is responsible for the following:

• Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
• Check source documents for accurancy.
• Verify data and correct data wherever/whenever it is necessary.
• Obtain further information for incomplete documents.
• Update data and delete unnecessary files.
• Combine and rearrange data from source documents wherever/whenever it is required.
• Enter data from source documents into prescibed computer databases, files, and forms.
• Transcribe information into the required electronic format.
• Scan documents into document management system or databases.
• Check completed work accuracy.
• Store completed documents in designated locations.
• Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks.
• Respond to request for information and access relevant files.
• Print information when required.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies.
• Maintain own office equipment and stationery supplies.

• Female, not more than 30 years old.
• Graduate of any 4-year course or 2-year vocational course.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Knowledgeable in spreadsheets and databases as well as MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
• Results oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Willing to work in Brgy. Tinajeros, Malabon.
