Job Description
- To assist the Purchasing Team with their administrative and operational functions.
- Processess and sends purchase ordert and dispatch advice to the vendo.
- Prints all related purchasing report as schedule.
- Ensures accuracy of information maintained by the system.
- Processes the department's supplies requisition.
- Provides the department's supplies and requisition.
- Provides the purchasing team with all administration and clerical support they need.
- Ensure that internal and external customer's request are attended to promptly.
Minimum Qualifications
- Female, not more than 30 years old.
- Graduate of any 4 years course.
- With at least 1-2 years solid procurement experience.
- Can handle bulk of purchase requisitions, flexible and can multi-task.
- Knowledgeable in purchasing materials/supplie.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Malabon Area, Brgy. Tinajeros.
