Fault Management
- Resolves outages endorsed
- Analyzes outage contributors, and recurring faults
- Records faults using tools
- Prepares RCA and recommen solutions to prevent outages
Preventive Maintenance
- Records and correct defects/ deviations
- Mitigates deterioration of defects by implementing temporary restoral works
Total Quality Management
- Conducts site rectification and secure compliance of third party contractors
- Documents and measure activities according to e-FAst processes
- Creates and lead quality circles and ensures knowledge transfer of TQM Concept
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS ECE or other related course (BS Electrical, BS Computer Engineer)
- Preferably a Board Passer
- NOC Experience is an advantage, must be knowledgeable in O&M and familiar with Operations processes
- At least with either Huawei/ Ericsson/ Nokia Access/ Transport/ Core restoration experience in GSM/UMTS/LTE
- Proficient in computer applications – (Use of different OS, MS Offices, Languages: C, C++, Visual Basic etc.)
- Preferably with CCNA/CCIE certifications
- Driving Skills (with professional license)
- Location will be in Dasmariñas Cavite
