BS ECE Graduate or Equivalent
- Network and alarms monitoring and trouble ticketing
- First line maintenance of all alarms encountered
- Coordination with the operations and planning/ engineering team for any transmission network related issues
- Handling of complaints with regard to transport discipline
- Performance monitoring (routines, health check, etc.)
(Preferably Licensed ECE)
- Supports in releasing SMS and Email advisories of network outages and eventualities
- Supports in assessment, scheduling, and approval of network change requests and work orders
- Assists in managing accurate information advisories of network outages.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS ECE Graduate or Equivalent
- Preferably Licensed
- Knowledgeable in GSM/3G/LTE network elements
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in Parañaque
