- Secures approved construction plan from Engineering group and other related standards document prior to implementation
- Prepare pre-delivery inspection reports for all vendors
- Supports tensile stress testing for Rebar and Compression Stress Testing for concrete at any accredited testing center
- Conduct regular site inspection and check the construction activities in accordance with the approved plans and specifications
- Check actual accomplishment vs. target and ensure the vendor will follow the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for safety
- Issue Site Instruction (SI) for any deficiencies/sub-standard installation works observed during implementation
- Daily updates and encoding of status on all sites relative to civil construction activities
- Supports in conducting PAT/Re-PAT and secure all construction documents for proper turnover to operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS Civil Engineer
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Site Project Management
- Basic knowledege in Projec Management, civil works, electrification and Telecommunications Installation
- Documentation skills
- With awareness of Regulatory and Statutory Requirements of projects.
