- Circuit update of migrated NGN and FTTH lines
- S.O creation of end-to-end provision of migrated lines
- Implement number reservation lines tagged to be implemented
- Close Work Orders staged to Migration Support
- Perform internal QA for record integrity and assisting in the validation of RAS on audit findings
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or Computer Science or any other related course
- Knowledgeable in KENAN/Clarity
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
