- Provide Service Order (Creation) for COB telephone service office/residential and COB clean up.
- Provide COB CMTS and foreign travel assistance.
- Issue and close work orders.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a 4-year Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related course.
- With background or knowledge in KENAN and CLARITY.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong.
