- Supporting in processing payment for project contractors and vendors
- Helping out in creation of purchase request, GR posting, weekly report, monitoring of payments
- Collecting all information needed to calculate bills receivable
- Checking the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill
Minimum Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS
·Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management/Accountancy/Business related courses
·Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in billing processing, purchase request creation and budget utilization
·Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
·Preferably with working knowledge in SAP
·With analytical skills and keen attention to details
·Willing to render overtime
