- Prepares follow-up letters for customer accounts or for outstanding balances.
- Responds to telephone inquiries and assists in solving questions related to the status of customer account.
- Performs limited research in preparation for updating records, such as tracing customer mailing address.
- Ensures strict confidentiality of financial records.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a 4-year College Graduate
- Good communication Skills (written and oral)
- Experience in handling telephone calls is an advantage
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
