- Generate leads and interest through pro-active call-outs of the targeted market and product specific programs Achieve target for Fixed Business (or Wireless Business).
- Provide marketing and product support through Telecampaigns.
- Effectively convert leads into closed deals and facilitate customer orders.
- Follow through of closed projects and ensure that it gets installed and billed.
- Ensure that customer inquiries are properly answered while complaints and aftersales are endorsed to concerned group.
- Timely submission of reports: call tracker, callouts monitoring reports and pipeline.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1-year related experience in BPO, sales, marketing, product management or customer servicing.
- With Excellent communication and listening skills
- Good communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
