Account Manager  

RTB House, a technology company that delivers outstanding results to brands worldwide through full-service retargeting campaigns tailored to each customer, is looking to expand it's sales force. As an Account Manager you will play a critical role in maintaining RTB House's rapidly developing position in the online advertising market within APAC. Your mission will be to facilitate, maintain and grow relationships with existing clients in the Indonesian market. The Account Manager is to establish trusted relationships with clients, and drive success of our brand by pro-active client servicing.

What you will do:

• Providing excellent customer service through phone, email, and Skype
• Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Providing specific information regarding company’s services and products
• Documenting all customer activities in the CSS software
• Assisting customers in the process of launching ad campaigns
• Obtaining, reviewing and processing orders
• Developing and maintaining in-depth product knowledge
• Providing reports

• 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service (online experience would be an advantage)
• Core understanding about programmatic media buying and retargeting
• Native in Bahasa Indonesia and fluency in English (C1 level)
• Bachelor’s degree
• Working experience of MS Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Knowledge of customer support tools and processes
• Ability to identify and understand customer needs and requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Multi-tasking, high energy, resourcefulness
• High level of motivation and willingness to learn
• Flexibility and ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced work environment with changing priorities
• Positive, can-do attitude
