Job Description
Social Media and Ads Management
- Manage and monitor the social media accounts of clients (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, among others)
- Work with the creatives team to create content for social media
- Work with and accompany the accounts manager to client meetings
- Determine the right communications strategy for clients
- from various industries
- Knowledgeable in gathering data of the right target market and competitors
- Updated in social media platforms’ trends
- Analyze insights and analytics of social media platforms
- Strategically create and manage ads of clients
- Utilize the ads budget and reach the clients’ KPI
- Manage the Google ads of clients
- Create monthly reports and create recommendations for clients
- Create strategic, detailed, and relevant presentations for pitches
- Train team and supervise Social Media Strategists
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing
- or any related field
- Must have an intermediate understanding and experience in social communication and working with social media platforms
- Must be able to analyze and interpret insights and determine target market
- Experienced in community management and community response management
- An experience with social media automation tools (i.e. Hootsuite, SproutSocial, or any related tool) and AI tools (MsgHero, Manychat) is an advantage
- Preferably experienced in a supervisory/managerial position,
- Has managed a team with at least 5 members
- Experienced with handling various accounts and client meetings
