What you’ll do
We need you to help us find, identify, and recruit the right people for our rapidly evolving business:
- You will seek out passive candidates, attract, connect and build conversations that bring their interest in joining Sendle.
- You’ll shape the message in the market that will attract and build the profile of Sendle as the place where you “Do You Best Work”.
- You’ll be rolling your sleeves up developing and executing plans to ensure the hiring needs of the team are met by finding the best people in the market
- You will be an ambassador who champions the Sendle culture and finds the right people to join our journey.
- You will lead and guide management on where and how to find the right Sendlers.
- You will own the recruitment process for our Manila team and will be responsible for executing the recruitment stages from sourcing up to onboarding.
- You will prepare recruitment material and post jobs to appropriate job platforms.
- You will get to work with some of our industries best Be prepared to learn fast and work hard as we continue to grow with our global aspirations.

What you’ll need
This role needs someone who is passionate about building connections and inspiring others. You will understand what makes a new role fascinating and be able to quickly build interest and commitment from prospective candidates. You’ll need to be a positive person who is diligent, has a 'never give up’ attitude and loves managing detail.

This is not your usual Recruitment Specialist position: we are looking for an expert who can build instant rapport with candidates, the hiring team and the founders. You will be responsible for taking them on the journey of finding amazing people to a join fantastic team. Most importantly, you need to make sure that a Sendler's recruitment experience is something to look forward to, memorable and consistent from the first conversation up to onboarding.
