Job Description
- Managing the performance of the employees through monitoring of KPIs, employee satisfaction and morale, and completion of projects and regular tasks
- Conducting the quarterly and annual performance reviews of team members and coaching/mentoring sessions
- Ensuring that all HR-related records, trackers, and regular reports are always up-to-date,complete, and accessible
- Implementing the company policies and procedures and revise or update them as necessary
- Ensuring that all government-related requirements and reports are adhered to and submitted in a timely manner
- Conducting regular internal training sessions and perform a training needs analysis as necessary for creating new training programs
- Being the main point-of-contact for employee concerns and cases for investigation and carrying out the applicable sanctions accordingly
- Looking after the company culture and general welfare of the employees by facilitating employee events.
- Will handle time-keeping, payroll, recruitment and all general HR facets.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
- Additional HR training or experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
