Job Description
- Responsible for overall customer care / assistance i.e. answering telephone calls, benefit inquiries, doctors' clinic schedules, etc.;
- Handle scheduling of Doctors' appointments, APE schedules, outpatient laboratories and diagnostic procedures;
- Prepare the necessary Letters of Authorization (LOA) for the corresponding procedure/office visit/admission and explain the applicable benefit coverage to the member;
- Handle correspondence between different offices / clinics in relation but not limited to members' medical care;
- Conduct medical liaison duty and render assistance during hospital admission and discharge processes;
- Prepare regular reports including but not limited to the weekly census of patients
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent people skills;
- Computer Literate in MS Excel, MS Word, etc.;
- Proficient in the English language;
- Fresh graduates welcome; those with work experience in customer service a plus factor;
- Background/experience in medical liaison will be an advantage
