Job Description
- Directly managing short- and long-term program and project
- Developing strategic program and project to achieve company's goal
- Monitoring program and project performance metrics
- Ensure risks and issues are being tracked and mitigated/resolved
- Liaise with another division and business unit on progress
- Hold a Post-Project Review to ensure benefits are realized
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Bachelor’s Degree from any major. 1-3 years’ experience in client facing role is a plus
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities sufficient to effectively define complex problems and solutions in a logical and organized manner
- Enthusiast, able to think outside the box, and can-do attitude
- Must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision
