The Segovia Group is a multi-disciplinary, highly capable, and experienced engineering design and construction firm in the Philippines.

Founded in 1975, the Group has designed, built, developed, and managed over 3 million square meters of medical, residential, commercial, institutional and industrial real estate. Today, it also has established an information technology division capable of developing software for business, marketing and professional applications.

The Group has an impressive 35 year track record, with over 700 projects completed for more than 100 different clients. Its clients are mainly from the Philippines – in all three major islands: Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. The firm has also provided services for a select list of clients abroad, in cities such as Guam, Saipan, Honolulu and Chicago.

The Group’s longevity has stood the test of time, enduring amidst the incredibly volatile and cyclical construction industry and the inherent risks in emerging markets real estate.
