Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for the over-all supervision of the marketing department and implements strategies and directions both tactical and thematic efforts to achieve short and long range goals, objectives and agreed sales targets. The job includes formulation of specific brand building strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualification:

  • Must have FMCG or Food & Beverage working experience
  • Graduate of 4 year-course
  • Must have management working experience for at least 5 years

Specific Duties:

  • Develops and implements short and long range marketing goals, objectives and procedures for the organization. Evaluates program effectiveness, effects & changes required for improvement.
  • Conceptualizes marketing plans and programs and enhances existing programs by a close analysis of the retail trading area (RTA). Identifies competition and trading area development to find effective ways of boosting a particular sales segment.
  • Implements, monitors and analyzes in-house research projects such as products tests, promotions and new product evaluation. Recommends whether or not a specific product should be included or culled from product line-up through analysis of product mix performance.
  • Ensures store implementation of marketing projects and their adherence to global brand strategies and procedures through store visits and marketing audit.
  • Spearheads full conceptualization, design and implementation of merchandising projects including outsourcing and negotiation with suppliers, pricing, display and implementation.
  • Provides analysis of product mix contribution and performance & cost and profit margin of current products.
  • Initiates and implements Price Increases based on cost/margin evaluation and competition covering the whole product line or a particular product category or segment.
  • Provides coordination and correspondence to SBC International in implementing global brand strategies and product launches and promotion.
  • Coordinates with designers, architects, and construction department in developing floor plans, design approach, treatments, lighting and store merchandising & lay out for every new store that being developed and ensure that brand direction is integrated to each element reinforcing the brand personality.
  • Provides constant coordination with landlords, mall administration and other concerned third party to discuss business issues which include improving sales, exploring possible site and soliciting support for certain marketing programs.
  • Coordinates with Research and Development and provides specific directions on products to be developed.
  • Prepares and analyzes weekly, monthly, and per project reports on a regular basis which include Sales report and Expense report.
