- National Finance Officers will work with the Accounts Staff of DOLE and regional DOLE offices.
- Implement a financial management system and internal controls for the disbursement of government budgetary grants under JSP. This covers life skills training and JSP beneficiary training allowances and Grants to employers. Also, the cost of technical training and administration associated with internships.
- Supervised and reports to the International Finance Officer and the BLE JobStart Program Officer.
Minimum Qualifications
- A University Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- A nationally recognized charter accounting qualification is an advantage.
- A minimum of 3-years of professional work experience.
- Experience with ADB procurement procedures and government accounting, reporting, and procurements rules is highly desirable.
