Also, those whose birth certificate registration was delayed should submit certificate of baptism. Marriage Certificate: Submit a copy of a marriage certificate that was issued by the National Statistics Office (NSO). Koseki-Tohon: Submit a copy of family register (Koseki-Tohon) of the Japanese parent of your child (if the name of the child or/and yourself is written on it).
