Job Description
- Analytical Thinking: need to understand, manipulate, and repair complex computer code
- Strong Attention to Detail: need to pay attention to every line of code written. One wrong command and the entire program could malfunction
- Collaboration:s may need help from another department or colleague to fix a software issue. It is important they have a collaborative mindset
- responsible for the development and maintenance of the Secretariat Debt Management software in view of producing a quality product that responds to user needs
- Develop/code assigned modules or feature sets of the software;
- Carry out unit testing and integration testing of new features or modifications to the software
Minimum Qualifications
- Contribute, development officers, towards the elaboration of technical specifications and design of specific software components
- Participate in peer reviews of source code and other software artifacts
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
