Job Description
- Maintaining company’s social media accounts
- Develop and maintain the company’s online channel through 3rd party platforms
- Collaboration with sales team and other departments in formulating plans and strategies for execution of online marketing activities
- Content creation and implementation for online activities of company’s industrial products
- Providing analysis report relating to all online platform activities
- Assist sales team on online queries and orders
- Providing assistance in other basic sales and admin tasks
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have Bachelor’s degree in any course (preferably IT or Marketing related course)
- At least 1 – 3 year experience in E-Commerce industry and major online platforms
- Has experience in research and content creation for social media accounts.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Collaborative and action oriented
- Customer centric mindset
- Knowledgeable and adaptable in new tech-related practices
- Basic knowledge in Photoshop, design creation, and photo editing
