Job Description
- Directs and controls the processing of customers specifications with respect to value, cost estimation and plans submitted to ensure that customers requirements are met.
- Conducts In-House selling (selling through phone)
- Processes sales orders, reviews carefully if the price is correct and oversees the processing and scheduling of deliveries to customers.
- Generates stocks availability and updates pending orders from time to time.
- Books schedule of shipment with the local shipping lines to VISMIN areas.
- Provides reports and recommendation to assigned area to hit their monthly quota.
- Monitors and ensures timely delivery of products to customers
Minimum Qualifications
- With excellent communications and customer relations skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office especially MS Excel.
- Ability to negotiate skillfully with both internal and external customers
- Ability to understand basic accounting principles (price and discount computation)
