Job Description
You will be responsible for talking to prospective clients and helping to secure new leads and appointments for Business Development Managers. You will be encouraged to spend time talking with prospects to really understand their business and requirements.
- Prospect nurturing activities including cold calling and telemarketing.
- Build a pipeline of potential clients to call.
- Call potential clients to gather information on their business and their pain points.
- Develop relationships with prospects and secure meetings for BDMs.
- Provide BDMs with up to date and accurate information on the potential client's environment
- Identifying & developing sales opportunities.
- Seek out new sales leads on an ongoing basis.
- Make a minimum 100 calls per day.
Minimum Qualifications
- You must be very comfortable on the phone with zero call reluctant.
- Need to be exceptionally well-spoken.
- A passion and hunger for success and results.
- Must be a team player.
- Highly self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
- 6 months - 2 years' experience in a similar position.
