Car Audio Customer Service Representative (CSR) | Non Voice)  

• Resolve customer inquiries via email, mail, social media, ticketing system
• Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
• Advise on company information.
• Place or cancel orders.
• Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
• Work thru solutions when products malfunction
• Handle product recalls.
• Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.
• Inform customer of deals and promotions, to help upsell/cross-sell
• Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
• Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
• Report and work with tech support on warranty return cases
• Manage outgoing shipments as required (training provided)
• Maintaining the highest level of service possible.
• some calls may be required to suppliers and current customers with current orders just updating them on their packages, and to help with troubleshooting if needed ( rare)
• This NOT an outbound cold calling position.

• 5+ years solid experience
• An understanding of different brands in the marketplace (car audio)
• Ability to identify different car audio parts/products
• A basic understating of how car audio systems work.
• Experience in using the Neto E-Commerce system
• A passion for audio and a deep desire to help customers.
• Extremely strong English skills.
• A can-do attitude.
• A desire to learn and better themselves, and a desire to learn.
• Strong eye for detail

Preferred

• Knowledge of eBay and its policies
• In other car electronics, and car hard parts.
