- Create designs for new construction projects, alterations and redevelopments.
- Design buildings that are functional, safe, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing.
- Design new buildings, restoring and conserving old buildings and developing new ways of using existing buildings.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be a Graduate of Architecture.
- Proficient in Autocad.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Real Estate is required for this position.
- Willing to travel and be assigned in different sites.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
