Job Description
- Monitor sales performance and actions taken.
- Identify RTA needs and wants to develop Local Store Marketing strategy.
- Ensure market awareness through availability and visibility of marketing collaterals in store, mall premises, and RTA (Retail Trade Area).
- Monitor compliance to Marketing Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines.
- Know different promotional mechanics and intensify suggestive selling.
- Maximize sales opportunities with other business formats such as BO, catering, and functions.
- Ensure confirmed booking every month.
- Guide and coach Branch Marketing Managers on how to be more effective and efficient.
- Motivate them to be confident in dealing with the customers.
- Schedule meeting with Branch Marketing Managers to discuss concerns.
- Plan and modify marketing ideas.
- Coordinate other marketing concern to respective GHs, SRMs, and Marketing Department.
- Cascade information, memos, and minutes of the meeting to the area you are representing.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Marketing Department.
- Travel and visit branches assigned and as directed by your Marketing Department.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's / College degree in Marketing or any business related course.
- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of business and strategic marketing.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Able to communicate at all levels of an organization.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to keep client projects on plan and on a budget.
- Flexible, enthusiastic, and has an energetic personality.
- Willing to be trained regarding Restaurant operations procedures.

History of Classic Savory
The years following the end of World War II proved not just for the Philippines but for the Ting brothers as they moved to start a fresh life and establish their livelihood. By 1950, the brothers had put up a “panciteria” in the busy district of Quiapo serving mainly lomi. Over time, as their little panciteria grew in popularity as the brothers began to discover other dishes they could serve their customers, they were able to create a special recipe for fried chicken and gravy that became so popular that soon not just members of the local Chinese community came to partake of the special tasty, juicy and tender chicken treat but also a number of Filipinos who would come to the tiny restaurant with their families to “savor” this “savory” fried chicken dish.
And thus the popular Savory Chicken House was born and its first branch opened in Escolta. The menu soon expanded to include other Filipino and Chinese dishes. Now, after over 50 years of existence, the third generation of the Ting family who launched Savory is re-launching the brand via the Classic Savory mall outlets so that more of the younger generations can continue to savor the tasty, juicy and tender fried chicken and other popular Chinese dishes. The Classic Savory also offers delivery services for free, bulk orders, catering and functions.
