Job Description
- Assist Operations/Warehouse manager with hiring and training of newly hired employees
- Conduct performance evaluation that are timely and constructive
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas
- Ensure inventory transactions accuracy
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
- Coordinate activities with other departments
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehousing and distribution, retail industry or FMCG environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Problem solver
- Excellent organizational skills; keen into details
- Ability to meet deadlines and can work under pressure
- Proficient with data entry and WMS software
- Amenable with shifting schedules and extended working hours & late-night duty
