Job Description
- Work from source documents to enter information into spreadsheets or computer programs in a timely and efficient manner
- Update records into the system or computer programs by reviewing and editing data before inputting them to the computer
- Ensure that every data obtained from paper forms and electronic is complete and accurate
- Prepare a report for entering or updating data to compare its accuracy to the source documents
- Compare work output with other team members to verify accuracy of data
- Establish standards of accuracy to enter data at a high rate of speed with no margin of error
Minimum Qualifications
- Fast typing and data entry speed of 45 to 60 wpm
- Follow specific instructions and set procedures to transfer data into computer
- Must be diligent and can work effectively in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Has in-depth analytical skills to analyze problems and issues from a variety of perspectives
- With basic knowledge in technology trends
- Work experience in a BPO industry is an advantage
- Fresh Graduates are Welcome
