Job Description
- Supervises warehouse staff and personnel in the performance of their duties and responsibilities.
- Ensures inventory records accuracy through cycle and periodic inventory audits.
- Ensures that storage, movement and handling of finished goods are done in a logical, safe and cost effective manner
- Oversees warehouse sales activities for customer pick-up.
- Oversees warehousing systems, procedures and performance standards that will ensure optimum customer service, and effective warehouse administration.
- Oversees maintenance schedule of all warehouse equipment.
- Supervises loading of deliveries in delivery resources and ensures that all shipments and deliveries are correctly dispatched.
- Ensures finished goods warehouse meets 5s standards.
- Checks and certifies outsource truck billing statements .
- Submits weekly KPI monitoring report to the department head for performance review and make necessary recommendations for improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder of Engineering or any Business related courses.
- At least 3 or more years of experience in warehouse management
- Preferably, Female
- Must be assertive, detailed oriented, organized and with good coordination skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
