Job Description
- Manager and administer all export customer on inquiries, sales order, shipment, credit collection, outstanding payment, product quality and cost control.
- Responsible to perform order processing and follow up the delivery date with production.
- Provide excellent customer service and relationship with clients.
- Manage export correspondence and follow up services.
- Liaise with logistics team to achieve smooth logistics operations and timely scheduling.
- Coordinate with the freight forwarders and coordinate internally for export shipment.
- Liaise with Planning and Procurement departments for support in stock supply.
- Responsible for the operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability through effective management of the team and compliance with pre-set operational procedures.
- Work together with the team to implement business plan and forecast.
- Familiar with incoterms, government agencies, basic laws and regulations for movement of goods to overseas.
- Thorough knowledge and practical experience on shipment policy and customs regulations.
- Work closely and assist in shipping documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or any related course.
- Preferably 2 or more years experience as Sales Export.
- Will be assigned in Binondo, Manila.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
