Assist the Chief Finance Officer to implement adequate accounting system and ensures the prompt preparation of financial statements, management reports, and other statistical reports needed by the management, government regulatory bodies and other interested users.
Handles the Accounts Payable Unit, Fixed Asset Unit, Audit Unit, and General Ledger Unit. Ensure that the company’s funds are safeguarded, controls are set and strictly followed, handle and motivate subordinate and create a life and work balance.
Aligned work objectives with the attainment of the company’s mission and vision.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accounting;
- Must be a CPA;
- At least five (5) or more year(s) related working experience;
- Preferably came from IPO Industry.;
- Annual statements – Analyze financial data and prepare reports/statements;
- Hands-on knowledge of related automated financial and accounting software systems;
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel in particular);
- Analytical thinking, planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing with pinpoint accuracy;
- Problem analysis – Use judgment to solve problems efficiently;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
