Job Description
- Understand and document client concerns.
- Report documented client concerns.
- Answer and resolve client concerns based on the system and process knowledge base.
- Prepare reports of all reported concerns
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Work closely with other departments, such as Business Process Team, Quality Assurance Team, IT Web Team, and HR-Admin Team
This job requires on-site (Mandaluyong City area) customer support by the CSR. Preferably has his/ her personal laptop.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any college degree
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating software applications
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Patient and empathetic
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
