Human Resources Managers guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for a company within a small to mid-sized company, or a portion of the Human Resources function within a large company. They originate and lead Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. They are responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Psychology or any social sciences
- An MBA or Master's Degree is an advantage
- Preferably with experience in a manufacturing or mining company.
- Must have leadership experience in the HR field
- Must have a solid experience in Labor Relations
- Must have experience in handling 100-150 people in a plant set-up
- Must be open to provincial assignments
