Job Description
General Duties and Responsibility
- Ensures that all permits and payments will be processed on time.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Annual processes BIR Permits/Cedula Renewal and Annual Company Registration.
- Process Sanitary Permits Renewal.
- Process payments online for BIR Vat and Withholding Tax monthly and quarterly.
- A reliever in payables, inventory, and costing, and sales encoding.
- Process payments insurance for company vehicles monthly.
- Monitoring of BIR Receipts.
- Process property tax.
- Prepare other requirements asked by the Bookkeeper.
- Go to SSS, Phil. Health & HDMF offices & process documents like payments, sickness/maternity notification & reimbursement application, loans application & submit reports required by their office.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Accounting, Management Accounting or any related course;
- With at least 1 year experience in accounting functions;
- Must be computer literate;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
