Job Description
- Records daily expenses
- Proficient in making financial statements and reports
- Makes analytical reports concerning financial statements
- Makes bank deposits
- Pays supplier invoices in a timely manner
- Issues invoices to customers
- Conducts a monthly reconciliation of every bank account
- Maintains the petty cash
- Maintains monthly, quarterly and annual budgets
- Communicate with marketing and operational departments regrading the budget allotted to them
- Processes payroll in a timely manner
- Maintains an orderly accounting filing system
Minimum Qualifications
- Accounting graduate
- Has at least 1 year experience
- Positive attitude, trustworthy, hard working, passionate, smart, respectful, willing to learn and work with others, needs minimal supervision, organized and does quality work
- Willing to work for a start up company
