Job Description
- SALES (LEAD GENERATION) :
- Develop strategy to target prospective clients and industry (Lead Generation)
- Develop channel/network sales strategy
- Meet potential client by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Get to know your clients better (like to meet people and build relationship with other people)
- Maintain existing clients and build relationship with them
- Sales Proposal: Experienced and have eye for details and targeted messages in delivering awesome sales proposal
- Documentation: Sales process, pre-sales process, presentation and many others.
- Working hand-in-hand with pre-sales team to generate solutions, ideas and concepts.
- MARKETING :
- Formulate marketing strategy and collaborating with the Directors
- Implement approved marketing strategy into company assets such as company website, credential, social media/blog (if needed) and many others.
- OTHERS :
- Responsible for Receivable Management, Customer Relationship Management, Channel Sales, and Profitability.
- TRAINING: Provides sales and marketing training for internal colleagues
- Branding capability would be a plus
- Always learning and always growing
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
- At least min. 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experienced in Sales & Marketing for IT Industry is a plus.
- Have database/customer list coverage from existing account is preferrably.
- Required skill(s): Channel Sales and Account Management, Document Management System, Solution Selling, Project Managament System.
- Understand and familiar with Digital Industry, IT Services Market & Business.
- Have an access for digital marketing/IT/others community is a plus.
- Able to communicate in English both oral and written is a must.
- Have a good presentation and communication skills.
- Must be able to plan and execute sales plan.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, aggressively sales goal oriented focus.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team and self motivated.
