- Assist participants with goal setting, budgeting, credit building/rebuilding, debt repayment, savings, utilization for quality financial services, and asset development.
- Monitor participant progress toward financial goals.
- Follow up with participants on referrals to other financial service professionals when applicable.
- Maintain file and database for all participants including the intake form, credit report, coach’s appointment notes, analysis, and corrective action plan.
- Create and assess plans.
- Educate people about Financial Goals, Estate Planning, and Wealth Building.
- All tools and training will be provided by SGA Associates.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably with experience in insurance.
- Strong marketing communication, business development, social, and networking skills.
- Leadership, and social media skills.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- At least 2 years stay in present address.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Confident.
- Wants to help people and be successful.
- Has growth and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Has high IQ/EQ and high energy level.
- Money motivation, belief in the product, target achievement drive, and financial stability.
