Job Description
- Ensures vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time
- Establish and post job adverts on job search websites
- Develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Schedule and organize interviews with suitable candidates
- Prepare necessary documents, job description, screen tests and interview questions for the organization
- Conducts initial interviews
- Communicate requirements and duties to prospective candidates.
- Researches and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Builds networks to find qualified candidates
- Participate at recruiting events when needed
- Maintain the internal CVs database
Minimum Qualifications
- Female, at least 6 months work experience in Recruitment
- Degree in BS/AB Psychology, Human Resources Management or its equivalent.
- Excellent in written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in MS Office,Social Media and other Recruitment platforms.
- Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Highly resourceful and creative.
- Organizational and management skills.
- Results-driven.
- Related work experience, an advantage.
