Job Description

  • Would deal with the existing and potential customers of the company with an aim to recommend and introduce additional products.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 6 months and up relevant call center experience, handling inbound sales in a call center setting/environment (TelCo, ISP, and/or Networks experience is a plus)
  • graduate of any 4-year college course/program
  • graduate of any 2-year college course/program but must have over a year exp. handling inbound sales in a call center setting/environment
  • excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • familiar with web based tools navigation
  • can easily adapt with multi-product selling
  • excellent customer service skills
  • must be aggressive, persistent, highly motivated, and goal oriented
  • experience with telecommunications/internet service provider/mobile is an advantage
  • knowledge in DSL internet and mobile is an advantage
