Job Description
- Prepare bank reconciliation which includes cash credit, credit card transactions, employee and marketing charges
- Manage balance sheet accounts reconciliation
- Profit and Loss preparation and analysis including variance analysis (vs actual; vs budget)
- Responsible for making sales recording and reconciliation, consumption report and accrual
- Monitoring of project cost vs budget
- Manage and validate employee reimbursement, liquidations and PCV replenishment
- Monitoring of rentals (including percentage of rent validation) and sales reporting to lessor
- Spearhead store audit and ending inventory count
- Process business permits and local government permits
- Manages all treasury and disbursement functions
- Ensures timely compliance to SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, BIR and other governmental mandatory requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- With at least 3 to 5 years solid experience in the same field
- CPA license is an advantage
- Proficient in using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- With strong technical background in Accounting
- Strong MS Excel and database skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Has the ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout company organization
- Have high standards of integrity
