Job Description
Duties:
- Developing and designing e-learning courses and other learning materials documents, presentations, interactive PDFs etc.
- Performing versions' update of the courses, archiving the courses no longer in use on the LMS
- Restructuring and realigning the existing library structure and identifying new ways to align content on LMS
- Maintaining the database of all source files
- Adding requisite course details on LMS like: course title (per the naming conventions), description, keywords, duration etc.
- Liaising with content providers and developers to review the development projects
- Monitoring various content development projects and their timeline
- Mapping courses available from various sources online per the competencies provided
Minimum Qualifications
- MA English/ Instructional Designing/ Journalism
- 2-3 years of content development experience in learning and training industry is a must
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
To be considered you will need:
- Know how to use carious authoring tools like (articulate and ADAPT),
- Able to use video and image editing tools like, Camtasia, Photoshop and others available online etc
- Some coding knowledge of online content development and HTML will be added advantage
- Good communication skills, business/e-mail etiquettes
- Communicating with global stakeholders, customer centricity
- Sound cross-cultural sensitivity
- Ability to manage projects in time
