Job Description
- Overall efficiency of day-to-day operations of any unit in the department: Life Claims, Medical Claims, REimbursement or Network Claims
- Achievement of team's performance and individual member's development
- Ensure accuracy on the claims data needed for management decision making, process improvement or compliance with reporting requirements
- Providing Quality Customer service (internal or external) by delivering target SLAs and resolving customer needs or concerns in a prompt and professional manner
- Maintaining mutually beneficial business relationship with clients by ensuring accurate and timely processing of claims request and settlement of valid claims
- Protects theimage of the company by ensuring the proper and prompt adjunction and communication of claims
Minimum Qualifications
- With knowledge and background in Life Insurance.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in claims Administration and 1 year in supervisory capacity.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- College grad with any degree in any medical or business-related discipline
