Job Description
OVERALL PURPOS OF THE JOB
The HR Specialist is responsible for effective delivery of HR Services. Assess employee needs, interprets and applies HR strategy and policies, rules and regulations, establishes internal procedures and provides solutions to a wide spectrum of complex HR issues. The HR Specialist promotes a collaborative, client-oriented approach and contributes to the maintenance of high staff morale.
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handles end-to-end recruitment process for permanent and temporary placements as and when directed.
- Knowledge and adheres with the Labor practices and standards of the Philippine Law.
- Administers corporate and mandatory benefits for the employees.
- Handles onboarding of new employees from personal check-ins to NEO( New Employee Orientation).
- Monitors the training programs for all levels.
- Prepares confirmation letters for employment contracts, promotion and salary changes.
- Updates personnel particulars in the system and P files.
- Assists the HR Manager in all corporate activities and programs set forth by the Manila and Singapore management.
- To be super user of HRIS and SF.
- Prepares monthly reportorial to the management.
- Assists in the institution and maintenance of employee relation program suited to cater the needs of the employees and ensure low attrition.
- Other related tasks that maybe required from time to time by superior.
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Highly motivated, structured and quality driven individual who in parallel possesses strong initiative, excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates Team collaboration and Team spirit.
- Good command in English - oral and written skills.
TRAINING REQUIRED
- Philippines Labor Law
- Compensation and Benefits Management
EXPERIENCE
- At least 6 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferable supervisor (5 years and up) Experiences employees specializing in Human Resource.
